Avatar on v.1.4.1

Hello,

I did cloned website to other domain but when i tried to change the website avatar it is not refreshing to new uploaded website avatar logo and still showing the old one. i did deleted the web cache and browser caches but not solved.

I use the default AbanteCart theme v.1.4.1 with php v.8.3

It’s possible that the logo is not updating because the resources/ or image/thumbnails/ folders in AbanteCart do not have the correct write permissions.

AbanteCart needs write access to these directories to update and generate new logo images. If these folders are not writable, the new logo won’t replace the old one.

i already checked all this too and the permissions for these folders and their contains set on 777

After uploading the new logo in the admin panel, please check if there are any related errors in the AbanteCart error log. Also, let us know if the logo update is visible in the admin area.

hi,

I don't have an idea why that issue been but i did copied the original folders and uploaded them with the classical way through FTP. I thing the reason behind it internet speed or something related to the clone process and transferring the data from one to other.


Any way, my issue SOLVED this way.
