Where are the carousel images kept

I am trying to locate where the carousel images for the Main Homepage Slider are kept and can i access these from the admin.

I would like to add my own images into the carousel. How can I do that.

Please review the slider block in the Admin panel

There, you'll see the current image paths. You can also upload new images using the Add Media button.
