Running version 1.1.7  with the html5 template.   Needing help with the template layout pages.

I am getting extra pages in the left column.   I know they are being added when I click on the page layout within the product input area. 

My questions:

How can I remove them from the listing that show up?

How can I get the template settings on the default product page to flow thru to the all the product pages?

I was, actually, working on adding this feature to next version. Currently this is not possible in admin.
You can only do this with delete of ac_pages_layouts row from the database table directly.
