Modify forms - How to add more fields to the forms

Thanks for responding, the case is as follows.
We furmulario for product registration or entry with fields such as:
description
brand
price
Stock
etc. etc.

and we need to create or add more fields as:
Cost of production
Cost of Transportation
etc. etc..

In the same way add more fields required in the user entry form.

Visually I think you can not do, and therefore have to modify the code.

Hello. To  add fields to customer registration form  use 'Customer Attributes'  extension. Go to Admin-Extensions-Extension Store
