Website not secured admin/language/flag png. Is the problem Please help!

I have a dedicated ssl on my site, I changed all the pictures, links, and everything else from http:// to https:// but I when I checked to see what is not secured there's a problem with the admin language flag png. I got no clue please help!

NOTE: We recommend creating language as an extension. Check existing language extensions. If you still want to create new language manually, you need to add language Flag to  admin/language/[Language Directory]/flag.png and  storefront/language/[Language Directory]flag.png
    After language is created load missing language data to translate or copy text content from source language.

Yes. There is a small issue that I fixed. Try the fix in the blow log. If you use 1.1.7, you can replace the file

Sorry, but yes I'm using 1.1.7. Thank you for the response. I disabled The Language block in >design>Layouts and now it is secured. I am not confident enough to make the changes in the code you provided as I am not much of a tech person. I will wait patiently hoping that this will be fixed soon along with the guest checkout problem. Thank you for your experience and vast knowledge.

You can just replace the file. No need to change code.
