new user help needed with bell icon and pink box in admin

Hi,

In the admin section their is a bell icon at the top of the page, how can I stop it from keeping popping up messages ?  I am new to Abante Cart and every time I change pages in admin a pop up appears from the bell icon, their are only a couple of messages but it keeps popping them up, I have seen them so many times now its getting annoying.

Also I am getting a large pink box when I view the brands page in admin, what is it ? and why is it there?

I have tried the search via google on this forum but it does not seem to work or produce any results

What version of AbanteCart? Can you show a screenshot? This is not behavior I am familiar with.

First image is of the pink box on the brands page.

Second image is of the bell icon with one of the messages that keep popping up every time I change pages, even clicking on them does not stop them from re appearing.
