Upload banner to intro

Hi Support

I have uploaded a banner to the intro.
It does not reflect to the website though  I had cleared the cache from the admin interface.
After no idea how long, when I go to the website again. I noticed that the new banner that I had uploaded, it reflected on the website.
Is it that the system will not immediate reflect the banner after sometime? If yes, how long will it take to reflect on the website.

Does different template layout cause such issue?

Hello. Possibly this is because each browser have own cache. After apply changes try to refresh page with Ctrl+F5 if You use FireFox browser.

Hi

I did refresh the cache for the web browser. But still not reflect.
Could you estimate normally how long it will take to reflect the new changes for the banner even the web browser has cleared cache.
