UPS Module Doubling Shipping Price

I have installed the UPS module and my client ships from his store with a daily UPS pickup. The problem is when I purchase an item from the store, the shipping price is nearly doubled even when shipping to the same city. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have the weight set to pounds, measurements to inches and all zones are correct.

can you post correct and incorrect rates, weight with measure units, and size of package with units?
