Paypal standard extension checkout currency error

Hello,

I'm facing difficulty in the paypal standard extension, during checkout the currency show in USD. it didn't change to the local currency (I have change the currency default setting to MYR-Malaysia Ringgit, instead of USD). Could you guide me how to config the setting.?
