Template 2 changing registration form background color.

I am trying to change the background color of my forms for registration ect. in template 2.  I can change it in the editor fine, but can't find the corresponding code in the css file.  Any ideas which I need to look in, or how I would change the color permanently?  On the right it is just shown as an element style.

I changed the background color of my website to black with white lettering.  I can't figure out how to change the background color of the registration page.  It is still white with white lettering.  This is obviously a huge problem lol.  When I looked it up, it said it is pulling the color from element.style.  I have been fighting with it for a while and can't find a solution... so here I am again....
