Prefilled in Order button

I would like to be able to create an Opening order button that will populate the shopping cart with numerous products at certain quantities, so the customer only has to click the "Opening Order" button, confirm details and pay. for a customer like a new retail store startup package.

is it possible to have the customer click on a previous order and have a button that says "Order Again" and when they press that button a new shopping cart will be pre populated with a replication of a previous order...

Unfortunately, no such feature by default. Your option is custom development or new extension.
