unable to access my control panel

hello can anyone help please, I have not been on my control panel for a long time due to work commitments, so I have forgotten my pass words etc.
When I go to forgot password all the email addresses I use and names are unknown.

How do I reset all me passwords etc so that I can get into my control panel of the site

You need to have access to your database to get your username.

Run this select:

select * from ac_users;

Note your username and proceed with password reset.
