Pop up graphic when adding to cart

If you look at this site (I don't know what cart they use) https://www.aussiehealthproducts.com.au/ and you add a product to the cart the Add to Cart button expands and it tells you that you have X items in your cart (with a link to the cart).  Try it and you will see what I mean.

I'd like to modify abantecart to display this.  Any ideas how a non-programmer like me can do this? (I can follow instructions on how to modify an existing template)

Nice looking website, it's a piece of Java Script that is adding that graphic below the Add to Cart button when you click on it.

Someone would have to write that java, then the php to go with it, sounds like a good extension to build.
