Failed login everytime new register customer

i tried many times to login as a customer with the right username and password, but its always failed.
its show : Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

Can you help me? is there some step i missed?

no need to help. i already find out. i have to approved a new customer on admin board.

I was about to say the same thing, lol  ;)

Don't forget to check the email provider used by the new customer, to reduce fraud in advance
