Error in updating the Manufacturer brand list

I have uploaded my own brand logo image file and press the button to 'Add/Edit' to add my brand logo. When I press 'save' button. A webpage showing error code 404 Fatal Error appear. This also happen to the demo brand logo when I want to 'Add'. I can successful update the brand list if I am delete the brand not adding the brand.

Do you have issues with any type of images?

Can you please post screenshot with page you have error on? Is this resource library modal?
