Fastest way - in Admin panel -  Design > Layout 
choose HOME PAGE on the left menu,
hover over the section called Main Page Promo
click on the Edit

is there also a way to change the icons in this area ?

They are located in

/storefront/view/default_html5/image/otherddetailspart.jpg

each of the sections is called by the <div class="innerclass delivery"> etc.

You could change those and continue to use the same div class call.   You could upload your own graphics, and call them in the Block
