cannot connect to the extention store

hi, have just set up abantecart but when I try to connect to the extention store through admin I get this message "Error: Failed to connect to 69.41.188.23: Permission denied"  any suggestions for this newbie non techno user. Thanks

Where is your abantecart installed?
 i mean desktop or server?
Did you check firewall settings?

hi abolabo, thanks, my host server was stopping access so I've added your ip address to allow access...all is good. Cheers

Do you mind telling us what hosting company do you use? Others might have similar connection issue.
