Downloads and settings

Hi All.

I am wanting to upload via the downloads resources tab zipped files. I have been into AbanteCart cart system settings and increased the figures to 50000 as I am trying to add a 21 meg zipped file to the download folder, but it does not seem to upload it. All I see is the upload bar constantly for ages and ages. I have left it for nearly one hour, yet still no file added. Can anyone tell me how to correct this please?

Sorted it. It was my mistake I just was not looking in the tight place
