increase product size

I want to keep product image size to 600x600 and after removing 'latest product' block on left and changing size, image goes over product title and other info (see attached) - is there a way to move text to right?

You would need to tweak HTML in product template and CSS.

Thanks. Now that i know who will help, i will go ahead and make a list of things i need and will get all that done at once. Will take lil bit as still learning and setting up.
