For an For unknown reason, my main menu becomessomething like " http://localhost/index.php?rt=account/account ". I don't know why the domain is gone.

Are  saying when you type in your www.yourdomain.com/index.php
the website is displayed BUT shows localhost in the url ?

No, I mean in the index page. the main menu URL has been changed to http://localhost/index.php?rt=......., instead of http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?rt=........"

Did you edit menu recently? Did you migrate (copy) your site from localhost to real domain? Can you post URL to your site?
