deleting orders and restarting everything

Is it possible to delete old the demo orders which i made for testing purposes so i can start from the beggining?

Just go to your Admin Dashboard > Sales > Orders
there you can delete your demo order you made before

and you can delete your customers lists by going to your Admin Dashboard > Sales > Customers

what about product purchased reports and pages viewed? how to delete them

when you delete all orders and customers the purchased product list will automatically be deleted

and for product viewed you can only reset it to zero for all products

yes this is true but my order counter is not reseted. How to return order number to 1 ?

your invoice number can be set (reset)  in the System > Settings > Checkout   field is Invoice Start No.

That should do it.

I believe the order ID you have in your image  is the SAME as the Order Invoice number  (they have just used different terms on different places.   Try changed the the Order Invoice Number and give it a try.

Order ID and Invoice ID are different. Order ID is unique id used in MySql database

Without cart reinstall you need to work with your database. try this solution
