help with errors in log file

Hi guys
Can someone tell me why i have these errors everyday?

Check permissions on /home/topducan/public_html/system/cache/ and all flies/folders below

set all to 777

i have done that and it seems it didnt help

try to replace file core/lib/cache by attached and check.
note: before replacement remove all files and directories from folder system/cache
