Interesting. I am not sure what happened with the link.

I would not rely on this file to much. Check any free extension on the marketplace or try developer tools extension mention in the other post.

Thanks a lot abantecart,i have downloaded the developer tools and i have tried it by creating new template with using the default html_5 layout.
