free shipping

hi,
I turned on free shipping icon at product>General and extension > shipping > free shipping. There is only one shipping method.
I don't understand why it shows "Error: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!" when customer checkout.
can please help..

Hi.

According to your 'Free shipping' settings please make sure that shipping address during checkout is from 'United Kingdom' location. Also try to set up some value for Total setting (set to 1 for example)
