Combine Shipping

Hi! Is it possible to do a combine shipping? For example shipping for one item is $6.00, if customer purchase another item shipping just add another $2.00 with total $8.00 for shipping,  instead of customer have to pay $12.00 shipping for 2 items.

Then how do I set the rate for 2 separate zones by using fixed shipping rate. TQ
