here's some things to check:
1. check with your host and see if your site is enabled for www and non-www , if not, request that that make it so AND verify that you domain meets these requirements:
- PHP version 5.2 or above. PHP configuration should include the following options (all these values are default):
Register Globals: Off Magic Quotes GPC: Off File Uploads: On Session Auto Start: Off
- MySQL database version 4.1 or above, MySQLi.
- PHP CURL is required for operation of several payment gateways and systems
- (such as PayPal, Authorize.NET, Google Checkout, etc) and real-time shipping services (FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne).
AbanteCart will not work properly (or at all) without these technologies.
2. once #1 is verified to be enabled, you have your abantecart installed in a sub-directory: you have to tell the url where to find your abantecart. You can use a redirect statement from within Cpanel so when email-leads.com is used, it will be automatically redirected to the email-leads.com/abantee/ where your cart is.
3. OR you can use your .htaccess file to do this for you and if you're going to enable the SEO for the URLS (recommended) you wil need to reconfigure. You can read within the .htaccess.txt file on your installation (look in your files) and it will instruct you.
Also check with your host to see if apache with mod_rewrite enabled as you will need for this feature.
