New install, no check box for T&Cs.

Hi

I'm trying a new install and do not get a check box for the T&Cs to continue.?  There also appears to be the logo.png missing
from the zip folder?

Can you help or advise please?

Hmm. Where are you installing from? Is this fresh install? Looks like something is missing in the package.

I've installed with version 1.1.9 and 1.1.7 from a zip file. and get the same problem.

I suspect you used FTP to upload files to your site. Your FTP did not upload all the files. Try to re upload all files again and make sure you use "automatic" mode in FTP to detect file types. You can not upload with ASCII mode.

Also tried a new ftp client set to automatic and i get the same problem?

if you use 7zip unzip the package to your desktop then ftp the unzipped folder , for some reason 7zip will not ftp all the files
