Weight Based Shipping

I use abantecart in 2 different stores. In one the extension Weight Based Shipping works well, in the other i tried everything and it does not work.
I add locations and use example 1:3000, 2:4000...
The transport price does not appear and then even if i proced with the order it appears: "Error: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!".
Please help! I read all the forum but the only thing i finded was php soap?
Is this the solution?

One more thing i have this 2 stores in different domains and different host providers

Are you sure the location (address) you place order with is in the location set for the shipping?
If no shipping found, this is what comes to my mind.

Did you check location settings in the Weight Based Extension and in the AbanteCart http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/52-admin-user-manual/system/localization#Locations

Do you have any errors in the AbanteCart error log?

I have a problem with backup too, but i am working on it with my wen server to increase php memory limit to 64M

There is not enough information to help you. Try to reinstall extension. Clear AbanteCart cache and compare all settings again.
I mean extension settings, location settings and address used for shipping.

I already reinstall extensions, and get the same problem.
