Upgrade fails unknown domain name

I am trying to upgrade from 1.1.7 to 1.1.8 but it fails with the following error:
Warning: Accessing store with unconfigured or unknown domain
Where can I check the configuration to see the install directory structure?

It is clearly say warning, not error. This particular one, does not cause any harm

Setting for store domain is located in system -> settings -> general
