New installation

I want to install a fresh AbanteCart to my server but I get this error. Please help me.

Following error has occurred during installation:

please check is this file presents on your disk and check it permissions (set to 644)

I'm having a problem after installing abantecart.  Everytime I log in (admin panel) this error appears (please see attached image). But when I tried running it locally (my pc - localhost) everything work.

As indicated in message you have server error.
Check your server error log and AbanteCart log for reference. Then contact your hosting support

When I go to install the AbanteCart cart, the install screen is looping. I agree to the conditions, then choose the parameters for the data base etc, then fill in the database access form. Thats as far as I get. On next, it goes back to the agreement step.... How do I get out of this?

There must be some error on the server that prevents completion of this process.

What version of AbanteCart do you install?
What OS?
What version of PHP?

Can you check if you see any error in your server log?

Hi. You should provide a type of your server OS (operation system). Linux, Windows, CentOS.....etc
and PHP version on your server, not the our minimum required.
