Products Data and Price Rules Creation

I need an expertise with Webstore Design and Developer to do the following for my web site....

You will create a price rule for the site back-end tool for example the lists below

1. Products type ( Multipurpose Paper | Ink & Toner Cartridge | Self-Stick Notes Post-it | Self-Stick Flags & Tabs Post-it Pop-Up Dispensers)

2. Products Category ( Cleaning & Breakroom, Beverage Supplies, Office Supplies, Appointment Books)

3. Manufacturer ( Hewlett Packard, Brother, Samsung, Epson, Ricoh, Sony)

4. A monthly price update script to update the products in bulk, the CSV excel file have two fields, product sku id and price,
every month I need to import this file with new price list.


5. The files is in Excel CSV and images are ready to be import to the site.

6. Add a SSL Certificate.
