Batch processing and packaging slip printing

I am new and want to establish C2C marketplace model.I like your cart.I need fast batch processing.Can it process it?

I want vendors to manage shipping through their own panel.I want when a order is placed and vendor is notified about it.The vendor can take print out of packaging slip to apply on product or is it possible so that i can somehow take the packaging slip link and can mail vendor.

I just want to know that whether it can be done?
