Unable to preview uploaded photos

Hi Sir ,

I only had this issue one day ago. I tried to upload photos of a product from the add plus sign button, i browse the photo to upload and when upload is complete there is no preview show in the upload box.

Below is the error screenshot. I notice that there is a small pop up asking whether or not to open .json file ? the photo format is PNG. Is there a way to fix this or is this a known bug ? Thanks

Did you see this issue in all browsers? What browser and browser version you use?

Hi Basara, thanks for your reply.

I tried again but the problem seem got resolve by itself today. I can upload photos correctly now. Not sure what happen.

I am using Chrome ver 38.0.2125.101. Below is the screenshot.
