Country and region

I saw some problem with the countrys and region on the Guest Checkout - Step 1
when you select some country like US there is no problem at first
you can find all the region on the region tap
but if you select another country like i did as example spain there is no region in the tab
or it takes to long to load all the country and or it do not refresh automatic
it seems like there are some problem with it
can i deselet the region from the  * star needed ?

Your question is not clear.
What is your AbanteCart version? Regions loaded automatically or not? What do you mean "deselet the region from the  * star" ?

I have install the last version 1.2 on the server
I configurate the api for the paypal account all works fine

then I tryed  to buy somethinks on the board and checked out as a new member to make a payment
in the checkout you write all the information about name and adress
and which country and region you are thats all it needs from the form with a asteriks "*"
so example usa and some other country works fine it reload all the region
but for the country "Spain" it didn load the region
and there was no option to select "NONE" to continued to step 2

you sticked in step 1 and can not continued
so maybe i need to load all the country and region again or i have to disable the asterik "*" for need on the region

please is there any fix for this

I can not replicate your issue in AbanteCart 1.2.0 beta version.
In case you have alpha version installed please reinstall. Also check in AbanteCart admin regions for Spain country http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/52-admin-user-manual/system/localization#Zones

ok i tryed again and know when i come to checkout point 1 where you fill you adress information
i got the problem again but know also on the country section United State
and all other country too

i mean with the old version
the current version of AbanteCart not the alpha version of 1.2 sorry

but i got again the same problem with this version too
when i check out as a guest
the country and also the region are not loaded and when i try several times to reload
i just get the country zimbabwe in the box

here are the country in differend language
usa work fine
but if you chose any other language it will just come out with blank bars in the contry code i think this is the problem

I think i solved the problem
the reason why the country's displayed blank box was the missed data in the language pack and this caught the problem
but when you edit the language pack and loading the missing data it seems working perfect then
