Changing Menu Icons

Hi guys,

I am using the latest version of Font Awesome (4.2.0) and am having issues using this updated library to replace the current AbanteCart menu icons. Does anyone know how I am supposed to go about replacing them? For example I tried editing the resource path and resource code for the account icon but nothing happens and it always defaults to icon-lock.

I'm already using the fa fonts on other areas of my site with success so this has me stumped! Any help is really appreciated!

If you refer to storefront menu, you can edit it in design -> menu section.

For admin, situation a bit difficult, You will need to update these in SQL.

I am also having trouble with the icons.  When I go into Design, Menu and create a new link, I click on the resource path, add this code <i class="fa fa-envelope"></i>&nbsp;&nbsp; and I am not able to save.  I can press the save button, but nothing happens.

After you hint Save button did you see changes on Storefront?

Hello. I can not replicate your issue. Did you link Resource to the menu item?
