Product Order Status Incomplete

Default order status is incomplete! i changed it to pending but still its incomplete

Hello.
In AbanteCart we have separate settings for each payment method (check each payment you use) and in Admin-System-Settings-Checkout Tab

Did you click confirm order button when checkout?

Hi,

I did all settings correct, and may i ask you a question do you have a demo site where i can try to purchase an item with 2checkout? because if my settings are wrong your settings should certainly work right?
and im using the 2checkout sandbox.

also note when i first tried a demo sale i got a error code of ERROR CODE:PE102, (in the extension i had enable test mode and also in the sandbox admin panel i had enabled demo) then i accessed the extension file storefront/controller/responses/extension/2checkout.php

i changed this code -
$template_data['action'] = 'https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase'; to
$template_data['action'] = 'https://sandbox.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase';

this enabled the demo purchase and got rid of the ERROR CODE:PE102. i set the given links back to my site on sandbox to - index.php?rt=checkout/success.

but as i mentioned the purchase did not changed to complete in the backend admin panel of abantecart. it is incomplete. and no notification from 2checkout or my website.

When i purchased using COD (cash on delivery) i get notifications from the website to admin email and the customer email.

Please contact the seller and reference the error code below.

what to do in this case.

Ensure that you are using the correct environment (sandbox or live).

I don't think so. they are at 2checkout not replying on my emails too.

We also reached out to 2Checkout regarding this issue and requested new test or sandbox access to properly test the integration. While we did receive a response, they unfortunately did not provide the test account we needed.

Given this limitation, we are considering removing the 2Checkout integration from AbanteCart to ensure the platform remains reliable for all users.
