ERROR please help tried nearly everthing

ive upgraded today and all i get is There has been a critical error processing your request

ive had a few orders today  causing me a nightmare as it seems to not have been backed up ?

is there anything i can do
attached is my error log which ive deleted some to upload to hear

looks like you tried to upgrade cart manually :-\
To solve it try to:
1. Restore cart from backup (files + database)
2. disable caching in settings
3. clear error log
4. then try to upgrade via network admin menu-> extensions->install extension -> put installation key "abantecart_upgrade_120"
If some errors occurs post your error.log here

soory 2. disable caching in settings ? i cant getinto abatecart settings  lol can you just change permissions
