Error: No Shipping options are available

fist of all i have looked at all the posts here and cant find an answer to my problem for version 1.2.0 i am getting this error "Error: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!" i have tried changing every settings i can think of but cant fix it i am now pulling my hair out! can anyone please help.

Hello.

Paypal pro is not shipping. Go to Admin-Extensions-Shipping and check all enabled shipping methods settings. Make sure you set up cost and correct Location.

thanks Basara i have diabled all shipping and cost and location are good but still getting the same shipping error, sorry about putting paypal in my last post

Hello. You need to enable it then go to Free shipping extension edit page and set Location: setting to 'All locations'
