Price based shipping tax

I have just installed the price based shipping extension.  When I add a product to the shopping cart and look at the total I notice that the VAT total does not include the VAT on the shipping. Obviously not displaying the VAT on shipping gives an incorrect  VAT invoice.  I have added the tax class in the additional settings in the extension. 

Am I missing something obvious ?
