no response when saving a record intermittent

I having a problem when i save a new record or modify settings , the save button will forever rotating...  it occurs intermittent , sometimes occurs when i modify the record.. mayb 1 time out of 10 i save

please ask your hosting provider support about this issue

another problem is this 'apply button' always no response, refer the image.. i don't think is host provider problem
