Single Vendor for Multiple marketplace soltuion.

Hi ,

If any vendor/seller have account on multiple marketplace like amazon,groupon,flipkart etc then is there any solution, so that he can upload their list ones and auto manage to all marketplaces?

I am asking for both Open source and paid solution?
