My Template has become corrupt?

I tried tweaking my template moving the sections about and now my template seems to have messed up and my website looks terrible. buy-guns.co.uk/store

Any ideas how I can restore the factory default template manually?

If you change Layout only set is same with demo http://www.abantecart.com/shopping-cart-demo
Login to demo admin and go to Design-Layouts section
