How do i can give for another store admin rights

I have open another store for a member on my store as a multi store on a subdomain

my question is, how can i give the admin rights to this member for the subdomain only

The main idea of Multi-Store is One Admin and few StoreFronts so you can not limit administrator to work with one store only

ok the main option i am looking for is not to make the user to a admin on this board
because its not a easy way for the customer
what i am looking for is that the customer can add it self some products on his site
are there any scripts or modul that can help to add products easily for the customer member on his subdomain store ?
