Product Catergory / Subcatergory display help

Can I change things so when a user hovers over a main product category it doesn't display the list of sub categories, I want them to click the link to display all the sub categories.

Ans a second question, I want to use a sub category twice so it is linked to two different parent categories, is this possible?

Subcategory can be linked to one parent category only. But you can link one product to few subcategories

Hi. I am not sure what template you have so go to Admin-System-Settings-System Tab and enable template debug.

I've enabled debug and here is a screen shot:



So i guess i need to edit the category.tpl file, Can I make these changes within the admin dashboard or do I need to edit the code within the tpl file?

You'll need to change the .tpl file that corresponds to what you want change, remember, updates will undo your changes!
