I'm having some issues with the newly purchased Mobile template:

1) The Categories are not showing in the mobile version: https://assistech.com/store/?sf=mobile

2) How can I redirect calls from mobile devices to this template? I believe I found the answer at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18141708/smarty-php-abantecart-e-commerce-user-agent-theme but I have no idea where to paste the code.

3) The product page is not displaying the price with options.

4) The Submit button in the confirmation page is not responding.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ollie,   aren't you using version 1.2.1 on your cart?

The mobile extension shows compatibility only thru 1.1.9

Could this be the issue?

I'm using v. 1.2. I was hoping the extension would be compatible with this version. I also sent Algozone an email asking for support.

Ollie, 1.2.1 is completely mobile compatible, IMHO, I don't think you need the mobile extension. I'm just sayin.

BTW Ollie, you're store looks great!

Thank you, Gordon. I'm using version 1.2. I'm a little hesitant to upgrade to 1.2.1 and mess up what I have now. I use the default_html5 template, which works relatively well on mobile devices except that it doesn't show the categories (well, it does but it's in the form of a dropdown menu). Also, I don't want to show all the products I have on the home page in the mobile version. I had some work done on it and I was wondering if it can be further customized for mobile. If so, maybe I should take this route. Not sure that I can rely on the vendor for tech support for their Mobile template.

That dropdown menu is part of the bootstrap .js that we use to make the site mobile compatible, as the screen size shrinks, it resorts to the dropdown at a certain point.

Upgrade to 1.2.1 has a few issues, Lee has done it successfully with dozens of site, I'm sure she can be of great help.
