problems to change an image position

Hello again people...

Another problem with the customization of my store emerged...

I have to change the place of the images of the categories on thir page.

I had the result i want by editing the page at the google chrome's element inspector... Addin some padding to the image it wroked perfectly, but i dont know how to put it on my store for real...

I'll put 2 screenshots on this topic:

First: this is how it's being displayed



Second: the image is on the right position after i changed it's padding...



Where i have to incorporate this command?
