Menu link to external website

I am configuring my E-commerce store online. I want to add a menu item link to my blog but i could not find any option related to that. From where it can be done?

This is very easy. In admin go to Design-Menu

Yes i can add menu link in the top menu. But i want to add menu link where categories and home link are displayed, is that possible?

Simply create new menu item. It will appear in Home button menu too
