How to change some items in registration?

I want to make the take off the requirement to write phone number (At least not to be "stared" as a must).
So, guys, How I can do this? Any idea?

Hello. There is No tool in admin to disable  Telephone: filed when register new account. But you can try to modify this file (your own risk) \storefront\model\account\customer.php

First of all thanks for help!!
I have long sought ways to solve this problem.
It was scary, but anyway I change it.
And I get great results :)

We are planning to make it fully customizable
You will have full control over user info.

However there still be at least one required field - user email :)
