2checkout "THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE FOUND!"

When I click "Add to cart" I get the message "THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE FOUND!"

What do I have to change in order for this to work?

In the extension area for 2Checkout I have "Your INS URL is" and "Your Approved URL is".  They both have URLs associated with them.

I copied and pasted the INS URL into the global settings area on the 2checkout site but it didn't fix the problem.

I stumbled upon an area on the 2checkout site under Account->Site Management that had this:

"Approved URL [?]
Input a url for your customers to be sent to on a successful purchase."

I pasted the "Approval URL" from AbanteCart in there and that didn't fix anything either.

Thanks,

Doug

Hi. Possibly you have permissions error or other. Please check AbanteCart error log for related errors/warning

Please separate your questions One question = One topic. Thank you  :)

Thanks, I just checked the error log and it shows a "thumbs up".

It's when I click "Add to cart" that I get the error.  Is there an area in AbanteCart that configures what happens when a person clicks that button?

I was thinking when I added the 2checkout extension it would be automatically configured.

UPDATE:

Well, it works sometimes and I can complete the order.  I haven't figured out why it's intermittent yet.

It will also sometimes show "The page you requested cannot be found" if I choose to review the cart and click the remove (trashcan) button on a product that's in my cart.

I've cleared the cache in AbanteCart but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

I figured it out.  The problem was that even after I would exit the website, it would still show items in the cart when I returned.

It wasn't until I removed the items in the cart that it would allow me to continue.

Can you please post your site URL?
