Error Message When Opened The Media

Hi. When I go to the Product Summary and clicked the Media button, I got the message as below:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I also cannot delete any image.  How to fix this?

Hello.

You have not permissions for AbanteCart folders/files
Ask your hosting provider to help you if you dont know how to change them

For Linux/Unix make sure the following folders and files are writable.

chmod 0777 system/cache/
chmod 0777 system/logs/
chmod 0777 image/
chmod 0777 image/thumbnails/
chmod 0777 download/
chmod 0777 admin/system/backup/
